If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.
Staff members and administrators access the App using PIN-based authentication. We store hashed PIN values (not plain text passwords) for security purposes. We also record login timestamps for security and audit purposes. Staff and admin access is limited to authorized personnel only.
Staff members may be associated with repair records (as the creator or assigned technician) for internal tracking and accountability purposes. This information is used solely for business operations and is not shared with customers or third parties.
The App does not require customers to create an account. You can access your repair information by scanning a QR code or entering your ticket ID. This means we do not collect account credentials, passwords, or other account-related information from customers.
